The SHALLOW HAL

The ICE Tactical SHALLOW HAL is a shallow hanger small pouch with a loop webbing strap at the bottom to store a tourniquet or similar sized item.  Designed as a small utility pouch to be attached below the front of a plate carrier or chest rig via loop panel; it is similar to the JOEY with the deletion of the strap for a cleaner and sleeker setup. The 2 inch webbing strap loop below is perfect storage for an easily accessible front tourniquet or similar sized item.  A front one way zipper compartment suits small items from admin to additional med items.  

Measures 8” wide, 5” tall, and 2” thick
