Atom Hoody LT Men's (Gen2.1)

A hooded jacket that is worn in either a stand-alone manner or in conjunction with a wet weather protective jacket when conducting Special Reconnaissance tasks.
 

Hem Configuration

  • Drawcord hem closure vertically routed drawcord with enclosure mitigates snags

Hood Configuration

  • Insulated Hood – allowing the option to use a hood when/if reqd.

Pocket Configuration

  • Left chest zip pocket allows for the secure carriage of mission essential items
  • Cable management loops allowing for the routing of communications cables exiting the hand pocket media ports
  • Hand zip pockets (w/media ports) allowing for convenience and the secure carriage of mission essential items

Zippers & Fly Configuration

  • Full zip closure (w/No Slip Zip™) prevents zipper from self-opening at collar

    I have been using this jacket for about 2 years now and i’ve never been so thankful for owning any single piece of kit more. It works fantastic as a mid layer paired with thermals and a hardshell down to -30°c for me, and standalone to -10°c or so. It’s super lightweight and can be packed very compact and used as a great pillow too. Comfort is unmatched, fit is perfect, keeps you warm but you will not overheat and it has great breathability. It has great insulation but it doesn’t make you sweat, I can wear this both static and moving with kit on and i’m fine. Also very durable, mine has no visible wear and tear on it despite a lot of hard use. Overall I absolutely recommend it, this puffy is easily the single most popular self purchased garment in my unit for a reason.

    Super warm piece of kit. Comfortable rocking this in windy conditions or in negative temperatures. Runs a little snug but not too bad.

    The best light puffy on the market in my opinion. I've worn one for well over a decade now and is always the first jacket I pull out of the closet when there's a chill in the air. Its the best fitting jacket I've ever owned.

    I've purchased atom in different colorways and sizes for different season. They're my 3 seasons favorite go to jacket and worth every dollar.
