Arc’teryx assault pants -worth it
This is the second arc’teryx pant I’ve purchased in 8yrs. The first version called the “Drac” pants was superior to the second version Arc’teryx is selling. This version 2.0 is still excellent quality, but they don’t have the cargo side pocket placement. Instead they went with a pocket that’s more to the front. Could be fine, I just have adjust those muscle memory habits of the side pocket. Also the reinforced knee pocket is more user friendly then version 1, but the reliance on Velcro on the outside does not inspire confidence. Time will tell. Version 1 “Drac” still stands out as superior. Arc’teryx makes a great quality product nonetheless.
