Application Process
In order to apply for our LEAF Program please follow the instructions below:
1. Create an account with us on DSTactical.com and login to your account
2. Fill out our secure LEAF Program application form below and attach a picture of your valid Government issued ID
3. Applications will be processed within 2-4 days. LEAF price levels will NOT be applied retroactively to orders.
4. Once processed and approved, you will be able to see your new pricing level applied to all eligible products, visible when you login under your verified account.
