Arc’teryx LEAF Alpha Jacket LT Men's - MultiCam (Gen2)
Introduced in the early 1950’s, the MA-1 became the classic flight jacket of the jet age. Designed for use in Cold Weather Climates (20F), MA-1 featured 100% wool knit collar, waistband and cuffs. Other features included a tab that the oxygen mask was clipped to, tabs to hold headset wires and the original U.S. Air Force decal.
True to the details of the original, Alpha Industries has carefully recreated this flying classic. This water-repellent MA-1 Flight Jacket is one of the authentic reproductions in Alpha Industries Vintage Series.
Travel back to 1959. Knoxville, Tennessee. The United States Department of Defence recruits Alpha to revamp its military jacket. Why?
